CRY FLAP
Ugh.

LIFE.

It's killing me.

Week before finals week... CETA (The California Educational Theatre Association) festival/Master classes this entire weekend... AP Music Theory garbage... Spring Awakening's Sunday closing... sickness (cough, exhaustion, congestion, etc. etc)... reviewreviewreview... PMS... costume committee [1950's] research... obvious procrastination... feeling like being a moany bitch, haha.

Blarrrrrrrrggg.
I'm just... so-- ACKSDIUHFMNVJXHD this week. *shrugs* I don't think my energy has ever hit this much of a low before... and I'm not even all too sure why. Hmm. On the upside - however - my missing belt (and I mean VOCAL-wise, not pantaloon-wise, lol) has finally returned after approx. 2 days!! :D THHHHAAAAT, and boys have been strangely lovely towards me lately. One even walked me home today, which... well, never happens.

EVER.
Haha.

........ There was no real purpose in writing entry whatsoever, lulz :P

PS: "Hey, K'nuckles! Wanna play a game? Whoever giggles first, loses! [giggles] You win! Wanna play a bathroom game? Whoever goes to the bathroom first, loses! [pause] You win! Now, how about both? [giggles] You win! [giggles again] You win! [giggles] You win!" FLAPJACK IS OFFICIALLY THE BEST CARTOON IN THE HISTORY OF FOREVER. H8RS CN H8, IDC. Lollerskates xD

After a Tuesday audition (and having been asked to sing both Meg pieces-- in ADDITION to female reporter Gloria Thorpe's (the third female lead's) show stopping number), as well as a vigorous dance call-back/double role call-backs for BOTH Meg and Gloria (who knew?! Cause *I* SURE AS HELL DIDN'T), casting was officially posted in all it's finality [or so we thought] yesterday break...

Name                             Number                    Part
Angela Griswold              25           Gloria Thorpe

~ As stated within our first table reads character description: "A probing, independent, and flirtatious sportswriter that covers the Washington Senators for the local newspaper."

I'm bold.
I'm curious (or, as some would more boldly put it: obnoxious).
I'm saucy and quick-witted.
I tool around with THE DEVIL.
I'm an insanely intense dancer.
And almost everybody hates me.

I COULDN'T BE HAPPIER.

BITCH.

Feel.
AWFUL.

It's been aboot-- what... who knows how long since I've last updated!! My life has been just about the equivelant and epitome of all things crazy-mad, but, rest assured:

I'M ALIVE, BITCHES. And Microsoft Word Processor to your Motherboards homeskillets, I have returned with a vengence. From here on out, I vow no more forgetting to update, as how can one really turn to follow my pursuit of the Great White Way without consistent journal entries? (lulz); no more not... getting r-replies to comments and... and messages!! No more... no more douchebaggery! Lol...

Really folks: I am sorry. I don't know how I let such an-- I don't wanna' sound like I have no life and say "important", haha, but... a significant part of my interwebz and everyday life, as well as the friends I've made here to slip through my fingers. I only hope that it isn't too late for me to jump back on the wagon!! And so, in order to make up for such a major loss of time, I present to you: A short listing of the events in my life-- before my online death! Lol :D

I Saw the Cover and I Judged the Book: )

And if I can even manage to think of any more, I'll be sure to add them as a random daily train of thought, hahaha! Oh God, eternal thanks everyone whose managed to put up with me thus far and to ANYONE who managed to make it through reading this post ALIVE, lolol. All of my love!! HAPPY LATE HOLIDAYS!

THANK YOU ALL SO INCREDIBLY MUCH FOR THE WONDERFUL BIRTHDAY WISHES!!!! I LOVE YOU ALL IMMENSELY, AND AM HIGHLY ANTICIPATING WHAT THIS YEAR WILL BRING! :D

***

Reasons Why My Birthday ROCKED: * Getting both a card and $50 in the mail from my grandpa up in Chicago, then turning round to spend said mula on a new navy dress and 3 blouses :) * Dinner at Bubba Gump's. * Having the staff at Bubba Gump's sing to me. And feed me a sundae. And THEN proceeding to have me, and I quote: "shake mah' rump", haha! * Eating some of the most GLORIOUS triple-fudge-fantasy birthday cake-- and from Costco, no doubt! * Seuss tech rehearsal, first inside the theater (haha, I know - sad, right? ;P) * Buying an amazazing $2 headband (on saaaaale) from Target :) * Getting yet ANOTHER birthday cake, special ordered, from both my padre and his girlie! * Mama buying me Rune Factory: A Fantasy Harvest Moon. BEST DS GAME EVER, OK? Lololol :D * My mom also ordering me my SD SA tickets-- opening night, baby! Hliughyizfgvyfgv!!

However...

Reasons Why My Birthday SUCKED: * Constant arguments; more frequent than usual, unfortunately. * Spending most of my actual birthday waiting inside a doctor's office, for my mom's FRIEND, no joke, and watching - in confusion, I might add - D*sney-esque Spanish soap operas. And at Linens and Things. FOR MY MOM. * The rest of the SA OBC leaving the following day :[[[[[[[[[[[[ * Still on the dot :( * My "special birthday lunch" was spent at the Subway across the street. FTW! * My cake being bought in majority to my mom's wants, and only considered "half" of my birthday cake-- when asked. * My mother also being so ghetto to the point where she not only did NOT put candles in the cake, but grabbed what looked to be like an incense stick (it wasn't), lit it on fire using the stove burners, sticking it within my chunk of cake, and proceeding to have me blow it out. * Again-- arguing. Need I explain more...? * Not seeing Mama Mia! Nor The Dark Night. :(((

Still-- in essence, I'm virtually a (truly) blessed girl. Ha; after all, they've pretty much balanced one another ;P <3
First *official* Seussian dress rehearsal tomorrow night-- will be sure to photograph!!!! :D

Happy Fifth of July :)

* The Highlight of My Independence: [Hope yours was all as equally a blast as my own!] Stopping to (illegally) purchase a butt-load of fireworks on the way home from my uncle's birthday, proceeding to light them off along the alley-way of my sort-of-Grandma Jesse's house and, watching as one of our own sparklers burts into a mad fit on the concrete, my mom's boyfriend's friend finds it fit to say - sipping his beer: "... Now that's just damn pretty." Lolololololol. God... I sure do love my hick of a family, ha. X3

* Saw Wall-E today, [tried to win an iPod Nano in the arcade beforehand. Failed miserably, lol] and I just about EXPLODED from the sheer sugary-goodness of that movie! Honest to God, I loved that film to bits and pieces. UNF. I mean, so much of both story and character development was done through mere animation alone, and, if I may say so myself-- it served a bit of a friendly fore-warning. But, then again: that's just one girl's opinion, lol. Your thoughts???

* Oh my God. OH. MY. GOD. Ohmygodohmygodohmygodohmygod--- for serious, you guys. My mom may just be the most amazing person in the world. I mean, after all the garbage she's ever put me through (haha) she may be - just may be - trying to make up for it. Not ONLY is she taking me to see Mama Mia! the day before my birthday... but she's already purchased me two tickets to go and see SA in LA as a gift. Hzuvidsvgdusyvgdu-- so, this now means that, not only am I seeing it in San Fran and San Diego... but LA as well. *BURSTS FROM SHEER GLEE* I love you Mama. From the bottom of my heart, just-- sososososo much. I love you. XP

* Working on several more prompts, as well as an AMAZAZING start to Kassie and I's Hernst RP. Have fun at your academic camp, love-- but be sure to hurry back!! Lol.

* Watched Fred's new vid. *pees pants* Wait, what? (lol) Found a tank-top when shopping at some Mexican outlet down over at my mom's (FTW!). $3.99, detailed with a glittery, vintage 1940's Barbie illustration. In other words: life is pretty good right now, lolol. :D

"... It beats the crap out of you and hurts like hell, but you stick with it because you love it and you know it loves you."

Well then... Seussical must love me one HELL of a lot. I just got back from a 4. Hour. Rehearsal. Yes, ladies and gentlemen - that's right! 4 HOURS. Not that it wasn't a blast-- I'm just soooo hackin' exhausted! The entire period we were both learning/running our final number ("Green Eggs and Ham"), complete with music and swing dancing. Do you have any idea how HARD it is to mash potato?!?! Well. It is. Lol, still-- I had a great time! I just can't feel my legs is all... *dies*

PS: Starting my first RP(s) with kassiehp0593![info]WOOT, WOOT!!! X3 <33 Honestly, if you haven't read any of her stuff, check her out on sa_fans/sa_slash. I know, I'm spamming-- but she's amazing, lol!)

STACHE
Lololol at my amazingly random icon!! Though - what can I say? I have a thing for them Smosh boys. XP And if you *haven't* seen them-- check them out. NOW. And Fred as well. Have I mentioned how much I'm addicted to his videos lately?! Well, I am. End of story. Haha, enough rambling!

Rehearsal yesterday was. Da'. BOMB. Granted I was completely and utterly 100% exhausted afterwards, [and a tad bit bummed that I could not attend the SA San Diego Street Team meeting - though I had a few good friends apply for me] but I couldn't be happier that that feeling was because of Seussical!! That morning was our very first "official" run of several large group/individual numbers (for example, the Bird Girls of "Amazing Mayzie")-- though, it was also our very first GREEN EGGS AND HAM (and donuts and fruit, lol) PAJAMA BREAKFAST! That's right, ladies and gentlemen - from 10-2 yesterday morning, we Seussians were allowed an entire practice in our most loverly pj's-- prizes were even offered to the most "Seussified" pajamas!! (Lol, their grand prize was that they got to eat their breakfast first before everyone else. FTW. XP)

Although it was quite a rocky start, what with everyone being so hyped from OJ and donuts and whatnot, we really started to kick some ass towards our few final runs-- however, us Birdies (with the exception of Mariann, who was absent) stayed after an extra half-hour to speed through a couple other pieces. No to mention, we needs a serious "Harmony Day", haha. But we were still giving it our all, and it ended up fantastic! Andrea, our director, even complimented the fact that my facial expressions "really tell the story" and add an "extra pop" when we're singing/narrating/interacting/dancing! *blushes*

And now? Lol, I'm running through each individual number, being sure all are permanently (and perfectly) implemented in my hackin' PSYCHE before tomorrow night!!!! Phew. *sweats buckets* Peace.

PS: Saw The Love Guru today, due to the fact that my dad was ENTIRELY against me seeing Wanted and my step-bro didn't wanna' go and watch Wall-E. *pouts* (Guess that icon isn't so random after all now, huh??? XP) It was... remotely funny/watchable. Mostly stupid. But overall? Eh. It was moderately entertaining... An' that's all I've got to say about thaaaat.
STACHE
* Camp Rock was... remotely watchable! And - might I dare to mention the following two (however personal) opin-ions: Demi Lovato? DAMN, GIRL. CAN. SING. Joe Jonas... and, uh-- his "acting", on the other hand... not so great. Yeah.

* Vanessa Anne Hudgens: I'm only allowing myself to state this once, and ONLY ONCE-- Get. Some. Help. Truth be told, sweetheart... you like a drugee in your new video. And, honestly, I mean - "Sneakernight"?!! Please.

* Jonathan Groff (as well as the entire cast of this summer's revival of Hair) displayed in Vogue. He is such an adorable goober. And I love him immensely for it. XD <3

* June 17th = My lil' bro's 9th birthday. Went to Dave & Buster's on Saturday in celebration. Both aunt and Mama got into a heated debate over gay marital rights-- my mother, however, voiced that I was "too young to have an opinion on the matter". *insert obscene gesture here* Won the Jackpot. TWICE. (1,000 on "The Big Spin" and 400 on Deal or No Deal). Considering I never win ANYTHING: FTW!!

* Watched Jesschior once again, only along with my mother this time. (Review soon to come, I swear it!!) ROFL-- I find it fit to mention that she found Socha as equally ridiculous as both myself and the majority of others. XD

* I need to work out. For serious. *Uuuuuuuugh*

* Seussical rehearsal was filled with absolutely nothing short of complete and total AMAZING-NESS!! We laughed, we bashed-- though all in good fun! XP

* I wanna' be a part of the SA San Diego street team so immensely, it's driving me up the wall!! Unfortunately, I have rehearsal this Saturday, and cannot attend the first official meeting. If anyone DOES end up going, I'd love you for all eternity if you managed to pick me up/sign me up for any handouts/freebies/information. I'd be MOAR than willing to pay for shipping!! If not, it's nothing to worry about. Just a mere request. (Email: gjgto1@aol.com)

* My voice sounds surprisingly fabulous lately. :D

* I have an ortho. appointment on Thursday. Hoo-rah.

* Lol, I'm rambling now!! Have a good night everyone... and please forgive me for the lack of energy in my most recent posts. In all honesty: I'M DRAINED. The end

It's a new journal layout, that's what it is. I'm also very pleased to report to have found several new, KILLER Spring Awakening icons. However-- unfortunately, I do not know ALL of who created them If you have personally or know the creators themselves, please let me know so I can give them the proper credits!!!! Thanks.

(A review of our performance at last night's Senior graduation soon to come! [Can you believe that, as of only last night, I am now - officially - a sophmore?! I'll tell ya' one thing: I sure can't!] But for now? I'm-a headin' on down to the Crab Shack for my step-brother's own eighth grade graduation dinner. Whut, whut. XD)

BLAH BLAH BLAH BLAH:

"Never gonna' stop, never gonna' change, never gonna' be the same... Never gonna' fall, never gonna' loose - never gonna' hold me back! * Never gonna' win, never gonna' feel; you're ever satisfied--?! You're never satisfied... *

She picks up the tips from under the cups of strangers. Another useless job she needs to get around; she's... never begged for anything--! But the taste of lights and people, clapping. * A deep, burning desire - that lifts her up, embracing the sound!! ..."
